Let's welcome One Louder back to the stage!
11 One Louder is a 6 piece band sporting lead guitar, drums, bass, keys/sax and both male and female lead vocalists. The band is full of well seasoned veterans of the Milwaukee music scene, including a WAMI winner from 2018. Covering pop and rock hits from the 80's, they keep a revolving and fresh set list so that the show is seldom the same as it was even the week before. Songs from Prince, Cindi Lauper, Whitney Houston, Madonna, Night Ranger, Midnight Oil and many more, keep the dance floor rocking and their vast fan base coming back for more.

Competing across the nation on the KCBS Professional BBQ Circuit, to turning their passion into a business, smoking team Chad and Maria Cooke bring their Championship Competition BBQ to a parking lot near you. Starting on the streets of Grafton WI in 2011, The Smokin' C's spent ten years competing on the Professional BBQ Circuit. Traveling Town to Town, State to State, even uprooting from Wisconsin to reside in Northern Alabama, honing their skills to be Judged in many different BBQ Regions- The results, collecting Eight State Grand Championships in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee and Wisconsin, as well over Two Hundred Awards, from across the Great North, Deep South and even Puerto Rico. These accomplishments earned the C's an opportunity to compete on BBQ's biggest stage.
