Spotlight Food Vendor's are invited to serve food at the event. Music on Main draws a large crowd (800-2000 guests). This is a great opportunity to gain exposure and get more sales!

Your Restaurant Must Provide Volunteers/Employees:
Set Up
You must provide your own tent and tables.
You must be completely set up and ready to sell food by 4:45pm
Tear Down
Tear Down begins after 9:30 pm - No early tear downs- you must remain be open to sell food until 9:15pm, so please plan food quantity accordingly. Music stops playing at 9:30.
All garbage must be disposed of at your restaurant. Do not leave garbage behind or in Downtown garbage cans. Please leave your area clean.
Requirements for Featured Restaurants:
Be prepared to serve a minimum of 800 people.
If you are the sole food vendor, family friendly options must be included in your menu.
Always have 3 staff members at your booth. For your reputation and ours, it is important that customers are served quickly.
You may not serve beverages- this includes alcohol, soft drinks, tea (hot and/or iced), lemonade, coffee (hot and/or iced,) and/or water. Serving alcohol outside your restaurant is a violation of your state liquor license. Don’t risk it- the police will be checking.
You may not serve popcorn or candy. (The Candyman already sells these items at Music on Main). You may serve chips, desserts, and other appetizer/snack items if you would like.
Suggested Supply List for a basic Brats, Burgers, night (We estimate about 200-300 people eat these items so be prepared). There are a lot of hungry kids at Music on Main!

Condiments- Ketchup, mustard, mayo, relish, onions etc.
Napkins
Paper boats and/or plates
Nescos (for holding food)
Extension cords
Utensils
Rubber gloves and sanitizer (Rubber gloves must be always worn by all people behind booth per our event license)
Coolers
Temporary Food Permit
Cash box and change
Other items as necessary for your specialty food items
Food Tickets:
The DWBA provides food tickets for all Volunteer bartenders, clean-up crews, and crime prevention at Music on Main. These tickets are good for one food item of their choice (not to exceed $8.00).
To be reimbursed, write the value on the ticket, and turn into DWBA at the end of the night or bring to the DWBA office within two days of the event to be reimbursed. The DWBA will only reimburse for the food our volunteers eat.
We do not provide food tickets for your restaurant volunteers, band crew, highlight organization volunteers, or other vendors.
**Pricing should remain consistent throughout all of Music on Main. Temporary Food Permit:
You must have your temporary food permit with you at the event. You can apply for it online through the Washington Ozaukee Public Health Department HERE.
